As a kid? Yes it;s hilarious. As a grown adult with facial hair and hair in other places along with bills to pay and a job? It's silly. Are we really about to have Saved by the bell mentioned in the same breath as the wire and twilight zone and the simpsons?

different shows breh, different aims.

maybe you should separate this shyt into categories. it's hard to compare a half hour sitcom to an hour long drama, to a children's cartoon, to a sci-fi show, etc.

That's on the homie @Uncle_Ruckus if he wants to do that. I'm not saying comedies can't be compared to dramas in terms of greatness but putting on a show that wasn't even great by tv standards in the late 80s early 90s is bugged out to me. Again, everyone can have their own opinion and I know we hold things we grew up on in high regard, to the point that we can't be critical of them at times, but this is really tripping me out lol. Even in terms of saturday morning tv, Saved by the bell is lagging.

:patrice:I think its too late to switch up the rules, but I doubt Save By The Bell is making the final list. Too many other great shows have been mentioned for it to be any threat. And The Simpsons has every right to be up there with all the other greatest shows of all time, so I wouldnt change the rules even if I could. A show is a show. We watch them all for entertainment which is the point of tv.

Also somewhere down the line we can always do a Top 10 Anime, Sitcom, Drama list separate once we get the GOAT list out of the way.

Fully expecting Married... With Children to be fairly represented here
I thought it would have made my Top 10, but I ran out of shows. Married With Children, Cosby Show, Threes Company, Perfect Strangers, Full House, Family Matters, In Living Color... Too many to count.

both them shows hold up really well. Rugrats is on some trippy ass shyt when you rewatch it as an adult. Malcolm in the middle is just so well written, fukking hilarious.

dexter woulda made it had it ended after S4

then it's downard spiral coincided with breaking bad, s1 of homeland and boardwalk empire and we all looked at it with increasing :rudy: as it became a caricature of itself
