When HBK came back I was looking forward to a match between these two. They had that one match which was posted, but they couldn't have done a program since both guys were babyfaces at that point.
I really think WWE missed the boat on RVD. They should have turned him heel around 2003. After the Alliance, he was a face for pretty much his entire tenure with WWE.

Yes in the Elimination Chamber, although it was more Triple H's fault, as he he moved after RVD jumped.
