universe is too big and life not special enough for them to pay a lot of attention to us. i think they have stopped by but not stayed long or just moved on. would you spend your time and money to travel to Siberia to try and communicate with a colony of earth worms in the middle of nowhere?

earthworms dont indulge in addictions and then irresponsibly murder other earthworms, then feel guilty and commit suicide. we are much more complex than that.
