i remember back in the 90's when carjacking became a big thing and they started giving cats 60 yrs for it( some even got the death penalty)..guess they bringing those football numbers back since it's on the rise again

On one hand I get it, all the community meetings and PSA's ain't working and in these cities like Chicago and Philly democratic positions going be up for grabs if incumbents don't do something to get the crime under control.
