Riott Squad as a group is over Carmella but I don't see Liv having as much success as Carmella post-Riott Squad.
Carmella is such a weird case because there's really nothing wrong with her. She's improved in the ring (not by much, but she's at least competent now compared to when she was first called up), she's great on the mic, she knows how to play her character. In hindsight, giving her the briefcase was a mistake (it really should have been Becky), but I can see the logic in that the office probably saw her getting better and wanted to do something big to see if she could really get over. Unfortunately, there's just something about her that causes her not to connect with the crowd.
She just might be one of those people who always needs a manager or a partner to really stay over.

If they have Asuka go to Smackdown can't they have Carmella cash in on Nia Jax after she beats Bliss at WresteMania and have everyone like "Is she allowed to do that?" then on the next night on Raw After Mania they can have Stephanie be like "Well since I'm all about "first ever women's...." I'll allow the first ever women's MITB briefcase cash-in to be official so Carmella is the new Raw's Women's Champion
This is the direction that I would go in it gives raw a new heel which is needed and allows for Smack down to get a new heel in the draft or by a turn.

Every cash in can't be a winner. It would fit Carmella's character to cash in and lose because she's usually portrayed as not really being an equal to the other women. She's a great character though. She would be fine even in losing.
