the fukk? Give me access to the industry and I will.

This is not a business mans verzuz. It’s a producer verzuz. Whatever visionary skills Puff has shown, JD has as well, ALONG with actual talent physically writing and producing. You nikkas can talk in circles forever, but it won’t change the act Puff don’t touch shyt.
none of that matters . Of course JD is more skilled musically . I’m speaking on the fact you tried to downplay & disrespect that man hard work .

Doing cocaine and annoying real producers in the studio while they work, and receiving a credit and getting applauded for the “energy” you bring to the studio is not being a musical genius. It’s called using your position of power and influence to force contribution that isn’t necessary

yes they were :laff:

you fukking idiot

"Yeah" is produced by Lil Jon and written by Sean Garrett

The Youngbloodz song is another Lil Jon production and JD didn't write any of their verses

J-Kwon's "Tipsy" is produced by the Trackboyz

"Never Scared" is not a JD production nor did it have his writing

I don't think JD wrote or produced for Anthony Hamilton, but like Youngbloodz and Bonecrusher, he was signed to So So Def

Breh, you the idiot for posting that playlist and not knowing the songs

Thats cause I don’t respect his “work” on the same level as others. I’m not calling him talentless. I’m saying I’m not impressed by his production contributions like the average person is, cause he doesn’t physically do anything. The skill off saying let’s put these artist on this song and have this producer sample this is overrated to me.

You've posted this before and again, Pharrell is solely credited with production on this song.

JD had a hand in most of these songs and careers more than Diddy did.

That was my point.

And yes, JD was intrinsically more involved in the CREATION OF THESE SONGS AND THEIR ADVANCEMENT than Puff ever was. PERIOD.

Yes, I posted this in another thread where I expressed how Puffs production “talent” is overrated. And this video is an example of how annoying this nikka can probably be in the studio and how unnecessary he can be. And again, he got a writing credit and famously don’t write :dead:

I'll give Diddy "credit" for how he helped Nipsey.

And I can't lie... DIRTY MONEY was an underrated project/group... but dude is vastly overrated PERSONALLY. His brand is one thing. HIS PERSONAL TALENT... overrated.

No he wasn't. I know that a couple of these songs (at least a couple were already hits down here before JD signed those acts). JD only had one track on Anthony Hamilton's album and it was the intro.

How is his talent underrated? Biggie was an incredible rapper, but Puff gave him the right tracks that turned him into a star. Where's JD's equivalent?

Breh, you could've got a writing credit on that song. I take it you've never heard the finished product.

That shyt be unnecessary. He’s a master at using his power and influence to insert himself into processes. Puff is a hustler and tries to attach himself to all the hot and upcoming artist. Some nikkas fall for it and some don’t
