Other white women trying to get afro hair:
Um no. When you shave your hair that low, you will not feel or see any difference in texture between the races. My goodness stop pretending.
As for the bold, once again, when Black men talk about hair
I'm not defending weave. I don't wear it nor do I encourage other Black women wearing it. That said I do understand its usefulness as a transitioning back to natural style and I definitely don't agree with why y'all say the majority of Black women get it.
However I also am not about to let Black men off the hook about their hangups either. Y'all stay trying to berate and hurl insults at Black women while having just as many of the same issues. That's how you can tell its not coming from a place of love or care about the esteem of Black women, but more from a place of bitterness and a need to try to elevate BM above BW.
No but you are the fourth idiot in this thread to equate "black hair" to only Afros
So a pre-teen isn't capable of wanting a new style? That's the time where "style" really becomes a big deal.which is why pre-teen girls are getting weaves, right?
Yet one race does it more than the other. It's common sense. Women spend a lot of money on beauty products regardless of race
Silly c00ns with the memories of goldfish.
I NEVER said that.
I said they should embrace WHAT YOU HAVE.
WHATEVER IT IS.
EMBRACE IT.
Afros ain't the only way to rock your fukking hair.
Yet one race does it more than the other.
yes i have. so since WW do it too, that justifies BW doing it? heres the thing, at this point i dont care anymore. yall do what yall want. If yall wana justify what kind of hairstyle u rock by the actions of WW, then fine go ahead. If yall (not singling u out per se) wana bash me because I wish more BW would rock their own hair and not the hair of asians, whites and indians, then fine. call me a c00n all u want.
i still cant understand how black men promoting black hair can get so much flack and fight for their viewpoints. The black community is fukked up
