I disagree,there was a reason "Jesus" talked to his disciples in parables. Thats your hint right there that its not to be taken as it is written. The historians lack the discernment and have no place decoding the bible. You have to be one of the chosen and blessed with the spirit of Christ to understand,99% of Christians and Catholics have been reading it entirely wrong all these years sadly.
