Let's get it started up...I know I've been slacking on this game. The whole fiasco with the game saves getting too big on the PS3 was fukking up my game, and though I've downloaded the patch, I haven't put anymore time into it.

With that said:

DLC for the game, or the info on the DLC? Either way, yes (unless you play on PC, the workshop and mod tools have been out a while now).

Mass Effect dropping and waiting on that patch with the updates is the reason for my hiatus from the game. got about 140 hours in there but i don't have the urge to finish the main quests right now. One day I'll just say fukk it and blow thru it.
