Yeah, I was afraid that this would be the endgame to this album. After a long session, the album is pretty okay. I severely hate trap beats with the passion because it has no rhyme or reason. There's no relaxation, organic experience, or a sonic type of sound. It's just loud bass, soulless synths, and rattle snake hi hats. What made Dream's first album amazing was the fact that it sounded like a r and b album of the future with past elements. It felt like he put his whole soul into that shyt, while this album is more so "don't forget about me". If he would had trim this 3 disc album into 1, it would be flames

I actually think The Dream is a mediocre artist and the only reason you cape for him is due to him being apart of your childhood when he made a few splashes but his music now and has been ass for many years.

Skimming this.. doesn't sound horrible.. but is Tricky Stewart involved in any way? I feel Dream kinda fell off after his involvement with Tricky soured. Stewart put this extra pop edge and mastery on the tracks imo.

Y'all want Purple Kisses and shyt, nikkas can't do Prince Every fukkin album, but if y'all paid close attention The Dream paid Homage to the past also and kept it futuristic.
The Dream paid Homage to Prince Minneapolis Sound, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis 80's Sound, Devante Swing Sound and he sprinkle some New Edition and Jodeci vocal styling and some of his past shyt
My favorite Dream album's are Love/Money Love vs Hate, 1977, and I know if he want to make those album's he can do it in his sleep
This album have some very high points, the nikka did it for his fans, enjoy the shiy
