That's what I thought going into it, but it's most definitely worth your time. I listened to most of it in one session, and it definitely didn't drag like most of these long albums do.
Even the songs I wasn't into weren't cases of songs not being good, I just liked the song that came before it better.
I think the difference is that it comes off as if he spent a while working on it. Not in the sense that it takes a long time to make 40 songs, but that he actual took his time with all of the tracks he made so you don't get burned out like usual. It's one of the best albums I've listened to this year.
