Just watched it on DVD this past weekend.
It wasn't bad. Just taken to another absurd level though.
An interesting part of the movie was where they were able to step into an area of Chicago that they were doing surveillance in real time.

so was this movie better or worse than the 2nd one? cuz the 2nd one was certified

and the first one was retarded, but for some reason I actually enjoyed that one.

I'm not a professional movie critic. I loved the movie Blankman and The Coneheads and thought they were better than The Notebook, if you want to put things into my perspective.
I liked the first two movies in the Divergent series of movies. This movie had to a new bad guy since the last one was killed. I rented it for free with a redbox coupon but it would have been worth the cost of a rental. It wouldn't have been worth going to the movies.
