I think with him doing Oz & SVU at the same time he may have had a bit of a hard time separating Chris & Elliot.
Tortured myself and watched SVU from the very 1st episode all the way until the last one, which was like Season 14 or 15 at the time. The disparity within the same show over the course of some odd years are pretty much downright hilarious and very much unwatchable at times now. shyt is such a soap opera now.

This all goes back to the era of the movie Dirty Harry when drug crimes started rising back in the 60s/70s or so. That was a controversial flick back then (before my time) because here was a cop throwing a finger to the rules and "just getting things done." The French Connection was controversial too because cops were cutting corners or getting involved in dangerous police chases where they're almost killing civilians, but that's OK to solve the big case. Fast forward a decade and that shyt is changing the law to make harassing innocent people legal.
Yep it use to be good was at a point when I was watching out of habit then I was like wait this shyt is trash now.
