The majority of marvel animation has been absolute garbage
DC animated movies have been garbage for a hot minute too
They dont even have the animated game on lock anymore
I'm thinking that was The Eradicator because in the comic story Cadmus stole Superman's corpse out of the mausoleum so that is likely where his body will end up being in the sequel thats coming out this fall especially since Luthor is running Cadmus in the animated movie.
So Eradicator escaped STAR Labs, formed a body, checked out the mausoleum, then went to the North Pole to build a Fortress of Solitude.

The Superman/Doomsday fight was cool, I guess.
Paper thin story which meant we had a pointless 20 minutes at the beginning where absolutely nothing of note or of interest happened.
I guess they got Doomsday “right”, but this wasn’t good and if it was live action it’d be horrendous lol.
As someone who hasn’t read a ton of comics (which is some eyes will probably invalidate my opinion) but did read this storyline, if someone asked me if they should watch this I’d tell them to read the comics instead.
This felt like a rushed, 90 minute synopsis of a much better story.

Gotcha, I slept on Spectacular because I didn't like the artstyle at the time but im watching it now.
I could never fw Ultimate because it looked way too kiddie.
