Just saw this. Honestly IMO the best thing they dropped since the flashpoint paradox. Two thumbs up

Now more than ever - I'm convinced Snyder should never have touched this story. He could have acheived the goal of bringing the big 3 together with an Amazo android and saved Doomsday for a Justice League movie to give it some actual stakes.

I was at Bibbo reacting to Doomsday v Superman like a Drake stan watching Pusha give him that work.
He was hopeful at first like "DuppyScorpion coming soon" and by the end, man was crying in the rain on his knees talking about "You should have taken me instead, God "

The screencap alone is EVERYTHING I wanted from the end of B v S

I had just started fukking with comics again around the time they did 'Death Of Superman' - I still have bagged up copies of the first editions of all of the 'Reign Of The Supermen' - so this is dope to me..

Yup. Didn't read many comic books as a kid but I read the graphic novel AND the regular novelized version of this story in middle school. shyt was over 300 pages ..

Yo this movie was dope, it ellicited the right emotion. Superman was brilliant in the movie, I loved how well this movie handled the charcaters.

Even tho they thru some Rebirth sauce on it this was one of my favorite storylines. I probably read every comic from his death to his return.

Yup. i liked it, the positives outweigh the tiny negatives (which are so small they aren't even worth mentioning)

What a dope adaptation I'd say it's their best film since Flashpoint

They really did a great job showing the positive impact Superman has on the citizens of Metropolis. The development between him and Lois was better than anything they tried in the DCEU. Then the Justice League getting served by Doomsday and the final fight were executed perfectly.
