I’m liking this so far. I do have a soft spot for UK made security agency/counter-intelligence/high-level police procedural dramas though, they’re a bit more grounded for me.

Good locations.
Interesting plot.
Paced well enough.

I do have a few gripes though;
Charles Dance is underused.
The Jackal’s in-laws are too annoying - boring subplot.
The homo stuff was forced. Would rather the predictable affair with the middle-woman he’s been in contact with.


I’m on episode 7, I’ll catch up tomorrow.

I’ve spent like 97% of my watch time salivating at Lashana’s ass jiggle in business casual capri’s, then having to rewind to catch all the little plot details. I must say that I’ve robbed myself of a great experience. It really is a good show.
