The funny thing about it is the victim complex the company put out in that statement. "We didn't request money, we didn't take pre-orders, we didn't..." bruh they need to accept responsibility for their failure, especially when regular ass gamers were calling out the fraud from the trailer that was put out. Then they had the nerve to list the games they put out in the bottom of the statement like it signifies some kind of importance or success of the studio...nah cut it out and go to jail...
