I have a hard time appreciating these empty correlation-studies. They make like 90% of the bullshyt health, lifestyle and business articles fed to the masses everyday.

Give me the causes instead of wwriting fiction:stopitslime:

Tell that to the jobs that force people to work a full night shift not the people who are forced to do it so they can eat. :francis:

Obviously the second part of the quote

life. look around in the room you're in, that's just designers and CEO's, if you think they shut down working at 9 and 10PM to be nationwide companies, you're a fool.

and I can pretty much guarantee you that the people that put this study together stayed up in the wee hours of the night to get their masters degrees and PhD's too

stop falling for the bullshyt

Logically there are rhythms and cycles in the world that it makes more sense to be in tune with than go against but things like artificial light, stimulants, mineral depleted foods etc.. all have a huge impact on the body and how it responds. Some of it may be genetic but a lot of it is habit.

One thing that is a fact is that all of the main hormonal secretion times occur between 12 and 6 so its best to be in bed by 10 in order to allow the body to repair optimally.
