They could have stopped with this one. The third taints the second. Third is waaaaaayyyy too over the top
There's some bad lines
There's some dumb scenes, a lot of the Bale and Echart scenes are pretty high school football locker room quality
There's flaws for sure
A moment when one character, a prosecutor, explains to the police commissioner what a RICO is, and he's like 'that could work'! is pretty clumsy, exposition wise, but some of that is just that I am older
If the movie stopped moving for even 5 minutes, all of it would collapse. The situations were absurd, the characters pretty thinly drawn.
But, when the movie comes alive, it's incredible. The scene with Joker out of the window and the cityscape in the background for one.
