I just watched the first episode...


I think the fukking use of puppets is STUPID... like stupid as fukk. I always thought puppets were fukking stupid and i feel that way now. I feel like it’s a waste of money...

But i will say the ending of the last episode shocked me. I never watched the first one mainly because I’m not a Jim Henson fan. But ill give it a couple more episodes before I completely write it off. Its not bad but it’s not my style at all. The puppets just look goofy and move awkwardly. And even the fact that most if the scenes are filmed above the waist to hide the puppeteers is goofy af.

This ish is sooooooo beautiful. Jim Henson was a genius I love the look and the feel of it, along with the story. I'm glad they finally did this, after hearing about it for over a decade.

The Skeksis really are horrible. I know they were on some ish, but would've never thought it was THIS bad. The Gelfings need some trained killers on the squad. I'm only on ep 6.

Just finished . Love that this is so far in the past that anything really could happen.

After watching the Netflix special after series, I'm glad they stuck with Puppets. I know it loses some audience, but there's just something unique and special. They showed the CG version they pitched, and it just wasn't the same.

I was blown away at the production values it had. They did the mix of puppets and cgi perfectly. Great voice actin too.
