The bargain bin pick-ups worked well last year for our defense to be fair. I trust Quinn cause he had the defense looking on point and we didn't have to spend much.

Remember in the 12 draft he was supposed to be our 2nd round pick and Michael Brockers was supposed to be our 1st.

Y’all keep bringing up Daks contract when every team goes thru the same cap issues.


The problem is they over spend at other positions and end up restructuring messing up the cap in future years. They keep signing players or cheap prove it one year deals which end up being audition tapes for other teams. If you look at the big contracts that we’re given before Daks


Zeke - gave him an extension with 2 years left on his rookie deal. Dumb as hell. Now they can cut him even though they have a viable replacement.

Jaylon Smith - they overpaid for him and he didn’t even make it through the extension. Now he’s dead cap space.


La’el Collins - suspended, lost his position, in and out of the lineup. Overrated.


DeMarcus Lawrence - always hurt. Hasn’t lived up to his contract. Not even the best pass rusher on the team.

Blake Jarwin - never proved that he was worth any major contract. Always hurt. Probably done.


They held on to Tyron Smith for too long. Zach Martin’s contract should’ve been traded. The offensive line needs to be rebuilt. No team keeps players this long.




I don’t fukk with Dak no more, but to say his contract is the reason why this teams cap is fukked up is laughable. They didn’t hit on a bunch of draft picks at key positions.
