I'm not sure people really understand what a big difference 3 or 4 miles per hour makes in baseball.

90 mph is tough to hit if it has movement.
95 is very hard.
97 is...I mean shyt. I remember Armando Benitez throwing 97-98 back in the day and that looked impossible.
100...101 mph? At that point, you're 100% guessing. There's just no way. You gotta hope for little or no movement.

For Chapman to throw that hard...and he's been doing it for years...it's a modern miracle.
