Watch her in her CVV interview. She has an interesting personality, but for whatever reason she can't tap into that. So it's like a Roman situation where Vince and everyone in gorilla could see they have a star there but they didn't know how to bring it out.

There are probably dozens of active wrestlers you could apply this situation to. Even going to somewhere like AEW wouldn't necessarily bring out certain aspects of their personality, they just need to find the right gimmick whether it's homegrown or given to them.

Like Undashing Cody Rhodes was that gimmick for me, where I realized Cody had the potential to be a main eventer level menace.

Feels like Bianca got the short end of the stick for the entire feud. Got booed for stating facts, lost her streak at WM and didn’t get the heel turn when it was there on the big stage. I’m not mad that Iyo won, it’s more of that we know that she is a transition champion at best and Rhea should have ate the pin since she was the real guilty party in all of this. Rhea and Iyo were protected in the story while Bianca took all the criticism from the fans and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Seems like a good formula to follow.
