HHH was a great costar, but he was never capable of being the #1 guy. I believe he loves Stephanie but look at his booking before and after Stephanie, he clearly knew he was destined to be a fringe main eventer. If he hadn't of hooked up with Stephanie he would've alternated between the main & midcard.
