Wrestling in general caters to the good ol' boy crowd. Most of the storylines and wrestlers pushes are gear to please neckbeards and little kids. Even through WWE has been successful in gathering a global audience to their platform, they are one of the few business that barely changed their strategy for more diversity in high places. It's like when a company talks about hiring for more diversity but the bulk of the positions are entry-level in the organization. They may toss a Black champion here, a Mexican IC champ there but for the most part, it's a white person holding gold. We all seen and watch some of our favorites doing more to win the crowd but to only to watch them lose or play 2nd fiddle to a not as near talented white person while the crowd goes crazy for them. That is the business in general...have to satisfied your core audience.

As for Triple K, he is not beating the allegations period. At the same time, if he just start promotion the really talented minorities and put the white folks on the backburner, we all know that the neckbeards will go into frenzy, ratings will decline and some of the sponsors will give him the "talk" about who is being propped . We as fans of Bianca, Melo, Naomi, SP, etc.. just have to keep watching and making our complaints out loud to show Paul that they are worthy of a major run with the hopes that he pull the trigger on it sometime. That is all we got beside boycotting all together.
The thing is that it was the POCs that brought interest back to the WWE after 2019 and the first year of the pandemic made people lose interest. Triple H is like Jon Voight in Varsity Blues, he let the black RB get them to the 1yd line and then would let the white TE score the touchdown. The POCs did all the work to get the WWE out of the mud but HHH is giving all the shine to the white wrestlers. I said it before but Cody & HHH naming this the renaissance era was :mjpls: in itself, because that was coming out of the dark ages(POCs) and embracing the european culture(cac overload).

Unfortunately, that is how this country has always been. Have POC do most of the dirty work and have white folks get the majority of credit. Just as American as apple pie.

And the funny thing is that if we're not rocking with it then it's not cool. RAW got a ton of mainstream press for the debut on Netflix, but did you see how quiet everything was for the 2nd week? The buzz was because the debut had the Bloodline as the focal point, and SD has become the C show under Cody's run as champ. We don't need every champ to be black or a POC, but we do need black talent to be featured way more than they have been and in a positive way. Under HHH he'll feature us more when it's time to build up one of his boring ass favorites.

Yall see more top guy potential in Oba than Trick?
And even this kind of thinking is problematic. Hunter has polluted the company when non drawing vanilla midgets trying to get them over, but for some reason we have to go by the "one big nikka" rule for us.

Where the hell did I say that? Its a simple comparison that we do across all genres whether it be sports, music, or whatever. Stop reaching.
