The issue is that Boston missed their threes

Most of their threes weren't wide open. And the reason teams like the Warriors end up winning is cause their offense isn't fully reliant on the three. They know to start attacking the basket and finding other ways to score to avoid long scoring droughts. Not to mention in game 7 players are generally tight and shoot at a worse percentage. It's idiotic to just keep firing them up and watch the lead grow.
