Two completely different styles of humor...
Cosby Show was ultimately better...had better writing and more good episodes. I think sometimes people forget just how good the Cosby Show actually was.
Married with children was more slapstick raunchy humor and when the original creators left the show fell off HARD. Married with Children has some of the all time great one liners, put downs, and moments though.
both shows are way better than that those TGIF sitcoms though.

Cliff and Claire could probably take Al and Peg but they kids were soft as shyt..Only ones shown to have been in and won fights were Vanessa and Rudy.
Only chance the Huxtables would have is if Pam and her crew were around to help.
