Radical? Nah. He's borderline soc-dem more then Socialist or anything close. He challenged his workers unionizing, there's the homeless and criminal justice stuff. TYT has a gang of older footage where they were going "edgy" but with a slight left lean (this is where Jimmy Dore and Dave Rubin got their starts and wound up moving further right). Hell, even when the entire left congealed behind M4A during Bernie's first campaign; Cenk chose to focus on campaign finance reform and endorsed Larry Lessig.
Cenk is left of American Normie Center. But in general, he's left of center on some issues and center-right on others (like homelessness and criminal justice)...I'm pretty sure he's had some center/right-leaning takes on foreign policy too, but I can't recall off the top.
