Drinks Blood from a Boot
Alright, I came across a Rush Limbaugh segment on the whole Rob Parker/RG3 fiasco
I thought its ironic and comical for that guy of all people to even speak on the situation
Enough so that I clicked the link to see exactly what he had to say.
I must say, he didn't disappoint. He makes valid points, while sprinkling in blatant racism
White people who act in similar fashion try to talk slick like that on here OFTEN
Now to make myself perfectly clear, I'm not saying all black people are above being racist. And some act as if they have to right to do so
2 wrongs don't make a right But with that said, if a black person points out the obvious? I see white ppl try to downplay it, or even act as if what is being said doesn't exist outside of there own mind
Here's the clip...

Now the juicy part happens from 5:10 to 5:30 in this vid. I ask that you watch the whole thing, then pay closer attention to the 5:10-30 mark so you can see exactly where I'm coming from when I say "They say slick shyt like"
Cuz if you hop right to the 5:10 mark, you will miss how it was set-up in the first place
If you don't have time/whatever.. ok, just go to it
I've heard that same sentiment echoed on here, and via actual friends of mine
It really blows my mind to see how clueless a LARGE portion of the white community is about racism in america today. And since white ppl are the ones who created this mess, its offensive to black people when you then downplay it. Especially when its plain as day. I feel overall there are plenty of good people on both sides of the equation. But there is a misunderstanding going on where one group wants to move on from its past so badly that they are willing to ignore it aka out of sight/out of mind
This creates a false sense of equality. And then certain white people begin to talk as if THEY AS A PEOPLE have already overcome there past.. its the blacks who keep bringing it up
There's a reason blacks bring it up, cuz we still goin thru it.
But if you do speak on it, you are viewed as what Rush said during that 20sec clip
This is an open conversation for all races. Hopefully we can keep the tomfoolery to a minimum and hammer out something constructive in this here thread, so that we all can get along better... on and offline
