The Coli's Top 100 Obscure Rap Songs

I did something similar with Philaflava website years ago, where we had a collection of the top 100 best obscure rap songs ever. Obscure doesn't mean necessarily underground but they're unreleased/rare/album cuts/soundtrack cuts, etc. Songs that aren't singles or widely known. Then have some mix a file out of all the songs and put it up for download.

I think there should be a committee of like 10 people to do it. Not sure which 10 should do it though.
