Ate you a designer sneaker head ir you just looking for a basic sneaker that goes with everything? I think Saint Laurent is a better stylish sneaker than the Margiela line. Celine is my shyt, but its a little more trendy.

For people who really arent designer sneaker heads who buy extra trendy stuff like me, I always say just buy a good Gucci Ace sneaker or a good Saint Laurent model.. they arent too flashy but gets noticed.

I have a pair of ace sneakers. I hate them shyts now. Too loud look at me I spent x amount of money on this brand style I’m not on that anymore. I strictly wear them to piss people off atp. I can’t co-sign slp shoes being superior to GATS either. It’s a shame the street wear sneakers have a crazy resell mark up and is almost impossible to grab at retail, so I just buy designer exclusively unless it’s like basketball shoes. I appreciate the effort but I’m not into being a billboard for brands anymore.

its like that across board with sneakers period.. especially people with Jordans. lol
but if you just like a plain great sneaker without the bells and whistles, Common Projects or Veja brand

im pretty flat foot and it's not bad, i do hate how they have seemingly random sizes, i'm 44.5/45 in everything and needed a 43 cp
Yeah that’s because the leather stretches overtime We’re the same size but the 45 worked but I can tell if I wanted to get I would need a 44. I refuse to go down to 43 on a shoe it’s just not for me atp because it throws off my body stature

SL/10H is hard to beat when you want something with a little flash without looking gaudy; pretty much a direct descendant of the original Dior Homme sneaker line. They fit a bit tighter in the toebox than CP at the same size, FWIW.

First winter back on the east coast in 13 years…need a big coat/parka. Suggestions? I’m leaning towards an Arcteryx…just don’t know if should go insulated or shell

Why get a shell unless you are going to layer. I have the atom lt hoody but I’m in the south so there is that
