what’s is a good brand of wallet where I don’t have to spend 400 dollars? I’ll even settle for a few hundred since it was supposed to be a bday gift to myself.

I'm looking to refresh the hell out of my closet.
I typically go for basic looks in the summer, simple plain or minimal tees. Ripped denim or patterned shorts. Neutral colors (oatmeal, greens, tans, grays) with some pops of color in my outfit or sneakers.
What would the brehs recommend as the best sources for the following?
Basic, rolled sleeve t shirts. I used to cop from H&M but quality is always shyt, would prefer to pay more for better quality.
Shorts for the athletic/casual dresser (sweatshorts, ripped denim jeans, baja beachy type shorts, etc.)
Last time I really went shopping I was on an ASOS & H&M wave and really need to freshen my shyt up, figured the brehs could assist.
