Breakfast - steel cut oats/egg whites/protein shake

Snack - usually a protein shake with flax toss in an apple sometimes

Lunch - chicken breast/broccoli/spinach/rice

Snack - Protein Shake/banana

Dinner - chicken or fish/mashed sweet potatoes/greens

PWO shake after my workout I usually workout late night

Snack before bed - Cottage Cheese/Berries

The key is to get to 3000 calories I’m just starting to calorie count I gotta have a surplus to grow

No processed foods/no junk/minimized dairy/cheese/minimized sugar as much as possible

Drink a ton of water I’m talking have a full jug next you all day no matter what

Cheap and fat by the sounds of it...
I've seen some overweight people wearing shyt they have no business wearing but he's right...many of these brands aren't designed for bigger/athletic bodies.

Can't tell you how many times I've tried on a pair of jeans where the waist is good but the legs are tight as fukk...then as you size up (if they even go that far) you have to have the jeans altered to be taken in 3-4 inches since the waist is so big.

The can't even get around my chest sometimes lol.

^shyt I'm so fat sensitive that I have to drop to 1500-2000 to cut..I have mass and power but no aesthetics.

On another note my Y-3s arrived today...I'm at my office so I'll post better pics when I get home.

How much should I plan to spend on a tailored suit?

Nothing fancy, just a starter for work and/or professional shyt. I don't know shyt about suits. I don't know my measurements or anything. Do you just walk into a place like Jos-a-banks or mens warehouse and let em do measurements and shyt?
