Damn. I have 4 pairs of these; Grey, Brown, Green, Blue and I wanted to get them in Black too.

I'm legit sad to hear this.
I was disappointed as well, they went wide in the leg opening to damn near boot cut (I bought a few pairs and compared with the ones I've got from previous years and had to make sure I wasn't tripping). The "old aidens" are now called Fulton skinny and they didn't work for my stout legs/frame. Might work for others tho, they're running a 40% off sale so right now would be a good time to find out

Around Labor Day, they released a new skinny line (can remember the name)
The new one is the Fulton cut. I'm not too fond of it. The waist fits perfectly, but I'm tall and it doesn't taper enough around the legs. I can't wear them with any kind of shoes because the bottom doesn't come in enough. I may buy another pair and just take them to a tailor to see if they can get the legs right for me.

Believe it or not, the Old Navy Ultimate Skinny have a decent fit.

EDIT: Just saw you found the name.

:patrice: have any more suggestions breh?

I just copped a John Varvatos leather jacket yesterday at a sample sale in NYC

fukking F train was delayed so I had to literally run from W 4th st to the store a few blocks away to catch them before they closed.

The coat check guy was like "you only have 5 mins sir"

I ran through the whole store...it was JV collection (runway, $$$$) and JV star USA (cheaper, Nordstrom type)

Came down to a brown classic from the collection $2200 marked down to $250...and a black mock collar jacket $750 to $150

I got the black one

how's the fit on this breh? jacket looks like it has potential and that price is fukkin insane. I'm here in the city and for the life of me I can never hit up/find out about sample sales. I'm in the process of transitioning out older pieces I have a bring in fresh shyt. I NEED new jackets and was about to pull the trigger on some stuff from SuitSupply but some of their shyt is a little overpriced for what it is and those fukkers NEVER put anything on sale. I'd rather hit a sample sale and find some gems that I can pair with other pieces/footwear.

The new skinny line is called the Fulton. I got like 3 pairs of these and i wish they made them in more colors because the fit great and i quickly moved the chinos into my heavy rotation. make sure you get the exact inseam you are and they will look amazing with a nice pair of shoes or some sneakers like the Chuck Taylor II, Jack Purcells or even a "higher" end sneaker like some Margielas

well, they do make them in more colors but i would say it makes more sense to get the Banana Republic Factory versions. The "regular" ones are like $80 and worth the cost. youre better off sliding over to JCrew if you're gonna drop that kind of $ on pants. But if you have the money, get 5 or 6 pairs of these shyts at the same damn time. I'm even considering buying colors that I already have just to ration out the rotation and keep my shyt fresh.

It fits great. I normally don't fukk with no collar type jackets, but I've been wearing it with a gray hoody underneath and it looks like a million bucks.

Ny.racked.com <-- sample sales, new store openings...this site has saved me $1000s over the years
