Right now my rb sub in/out are at 51/49. That doesn't mean they are gonna sub out Arian on half the plays, does it?

I think the default is like a 80 20 split or 90 10 split. Arian wont be out that much i think

Im not 100% sure but I always thought it meant how soon the CPU took out tired players

Leave it as is N theyll sub a player out when gassed N red.... change it N the cpu will sub when orange/ yellow whatever you want
