i agree with shaming kevj for that sanchez trade... a trade that bad shifts the entire league in madoffs favor next year...

like all he had to do was stop and think about the type of players that are drafted in the 2nd round and ask if gary sanchez fits into it...

man.. and even still madoff was openly shopping sanchez for a 3rd rounder at the start of the season and was getting laughed off... u gotta do ur research

even that owings trade was not good, why are u so insistent on trading all your players now, just wait it out... you were routinely getting 7th-10th round picks for the same level of quality OF at the start of the season before people including myself understood values

Been in this league I know how this goes. THeres only so many active teams in this league with so many draft picks available... might as well try to squeeze every inch of value I can before the rest of the non contenders throw on the towel

It's not even June. You haven't been in the league long enough to know how this shyt goes. It's either shyt or get off the pot.

I needed a pitcher. I'm last in Ks . Sale isn't being moved because the guy isn't active. I find someone who had an abundance of pitching and overpaid to make the move. I don't feel like going back and forth for days. I also believe Hicks is going into an extended slump. I picked him up off waivers :yeshrug:

Bum will be back and I'll be fine. All my under achieving hitters ( I'm still top 5 in all power stats and runs) will heat up for June and July.

Still have ammo for more deals. But do you.

well i have my first rounder lol...

Alot of you guys are on this tip that i "dont know how this league works" cause its my first year.

What i do know, is that i am on the waivers everyday, and ive picked up 4-5 significant players who ive flipped for 10th rounders and now make up my rotation, and play batting roles

Furthermore, i traded a 16th rounder for bautista whos the best player in baseball in may.... i've won or been even in every trade i've been in (outside of odubel for a 7th), and took multiple steps to improve my team.

You've made one huge trade - and if you traded him a second for scherzer, he still wins the trade imho.... but to each his own.

I've made the most with the team i drafted... this whole "you dont know how this league works" from dudes who have been playing for 6 years, have never won, and are the 3rd year of their rebuild is getting tired at this point. real talk.

Sorry I can't be on the waiver all day, I value my job :russ:

A first for Max is fair. He would go for a first in late July, why wait? I could care less about next year until next year.

You still haven't seen the draft is a crap shoot. I drafted Bum the has a freak accident. No one wanted Grenkie be and he's top 20 player.

I've had 8+ players go on the DL. I'm not worried guy. Your know it all attitude is very annoying btw. You'll be paying draft picks to keep up soon enough.
