My grades so far has been fantastic that my old man bought me a Neo Geo AES with Fatal Fury, Mutant Nation, Cyber Lip, Magican Lord and Crossed Sword the graphics and the noncompressed composition, sound effects shyts all over Sega's and SNES's inferior graphics and sound. Lately all the kids from my school and neighborhood have been constantly asking me if they can come to my house and play Fatal fury and Cyber Lip wow I guess I'm one of the cool kids now

USENET news groups back in the 90's were like the wild west. No moderators, nobody to enforce the rules, just absolute anarchy.
I used to sometimes read the basketball newsgroups like "rec.sports.basketball.pro". In that group, you would have serious sports statisticians like Larry c00n, posting in the same place as absolute LUNATIC posters like a guy calling himself SuperKnicksFan who was obsessed with how "Handsome and powerful" Patrick Ewing was.

There used to be HUGE troll threads by a group calling themselves "The Exposers of JordOn's Foolishness". Looks like the remains of their webpage are still up 20 years later:
