I don't know, what I've seen work best in Miami are party crews/girl combos. The club would have girls drinking for free until 1 AM or some sh*t like that, a well set up club will also have a bar in the VIP area, so like there's two "pools" of women so to speak, you got the VIP area hangers on, and then the dance floor chicks. Anybody who's been to Dolce or Opium back in the day in the MIA know what I'm talkin' about. So then on top of that sh*t they will have the "party crew", which is actually a crew of people who get paid to party believe it or not Usually it's a group of Crunch gym morons or some sh*t like that. So if you have 2 or 3 party crews, and then the girls, then you bring in the guys to make the money, with the ridiculous looking girls in the VIP lounge smiling all inviting and sh*t. 
Promotion only gets people in the door, a properly managed club will convince them to stay and splurge.

Yes, I've done that. It's not an every time thing, but I've had $300 bar tabs where I tipped $160. But I probably got like $700 worth of food and drink

What are the best events for the rest of the year to fly to Vegas for ? and what dates ?
background: I've been promoting in the Bay Area since 2010, and about a year ago (last July) I became a full time club host/promoter. Ive been promoting in the top clubs in San Francisco, including one that was one of the main clubs featured on Real World San Francisco.
I took over San Francisco in pretty much a year by taking care of everyones party better than anyone (more entry comp tickets, lower bottle pricing, extending guestlist times, etc.)
But now im taking my talents to.... Vegas
For now I am at The Palms and all the clubs/pool parties there. But I will be travelling to Vegas early-mid July to check out apartments ive been looking at + meeting with other hotels/clubs to get everything situated there as well so I can hook yall up at all the main spots like Tao, Hakkasan, Light, 1OAK, Marquee, Encore, etc.
For people unfamiliar with The Palms because its off the strip a little bit (just an overpass away), its where Mayweather, Diddy, etc always have all their party's when they have fights/big parties in Vegas. So in September for the next Mayweather fightI got yall coli fam

The Palms also has the best Friday pool party. Called Ditch Fridays. Its summer and Vegas so EVERY pool party will be packed so regardless if Saturday or Sunday you will have a good time.
Why do you need a connect? Because if you just walk up to the club and try and order something, they are going to hit you full pop on everything. A connect you might get discounts through guestlist or deals through bottle service/cabana's, etc.
