I personally thought Tom beat was dope...Headshots was cool but it didn't really sound like a Hip Hop beat to me until about the end.

Both beats were dope even though they were Hip Hop per say. Tom's was better produced by I liked Heads beat better. I'm going to call this a tie and not vote.
I really felt both beats. This one is real close.
Tom's beat had that 80's movie soundtrack type vibe it was simple but effective.
and you can't go wrong with the nikka Gutta. That beat was ill too. I liked the overall sounds just a lil better than the 1st one so I think he took it.

My vote goes to Headshots, nice instrumental piece that could put your mind somewhere, makes you think. Folks are sleeping on Tom's though, had a cinematic, movie score vibe to it, i thought it was crafted well...Actually I can't decide on this one/will stay neutral, too close for me.
