This the internet fault for praising that bloodbath with Dustin. He been trying to get than old thang byke ever since. I haven't watched that match since it was live. Liked it then but in hindsight them wrestling in a pool of blood for 30 mins is the first red flag.

...all three make me want to not watch as much as almost anyone wrestler doing it. My only scale for judging anything in wrestling is 'is it entertaining'. Cody is as unentertaining to me as those 2

Cawdy was one of the better parts of AEW at first. Dude had an old school NWA/JCP vibe for his matches that nicely counterbalanced a lot of the goofier indy shyt going on elsewhere on the show. Even then though I knew one day he would totally lose the plot, the first red flag was that AEW title match where he took a totally reckless and unnecessary stage bump on his face that I’m pretty sure he still has the scar from. Then the ugly neck tattoo as the company evolved he never did, and that’s at the same time that his real life personality was becoming off putting. Now we’re at the point where he’s totally out of touch and tone deaf doing dumb shyt looking for any sort of cheer and it just comes off sad and pathetic
