already messed this up because this company does not understand being vulnerable even for a storyline to draw.
the shield reunion does not work and no other stable will ever work.
simply because stables are used as whipping boi groups for the son in law ultimately.
after the shield was ruined by the son jn law making Rollins his avatar that he took back. I don't see another group doing well because said group would have to threaten the ownership of the WWE. When this company does not know how to use vulnerability to draw.
so I would be surprised if they got this to work.
they already botched the t shirts and logo by not marketing it or the group when aj, balor and BC debuted.
so the logo alternative is stale and can not be revisited. Unless you sign the bucks, Cody, omega and the villain to give it that feeling of we missed out on something, as well.
plus the group should be shown at full power and destroy lesnar too.

(As if a general manager would book someone for this type of match)
Finn: I have a few friends.

It’s lame. Why not book Finn in a one on one and have him get jumped and then have them come out? Why not book him in a one on one and have them do the jumping of someone else? Why not wait until after the Royal Rumble title match to jump Brock Lesnar or whoever wins and then make a proclamation that they are “taking back what’s theirs” since Finn never lost the title?
WWE loves beating their audience over the head with their stories instead of having a little bit of mystique. They love controlling every little facet because they are scared about leaks or fan reaction. What happens because of this is we get such lame and transparent stories

I don't think they give a shyt about leaks anymore as dudes regularly go on outside media and spoil angles all the time, and they go out of their way to spoil shyt on social media themselves pretty frequently.
I wouldn't have hired them at all. They were routinely the worst match after intermission for like 4 years and only had any cache whatsoever because WWE already had Balor and had AJ coming in as well.
