GKMC and Section.80 were both good hip-hop albums. Not perfect, but worthy of attention. The Ecstatic from Mos Def, Stankonia and Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, The College Dropout/Late Registration and Madvilainy, Dsitant Relatives, Lupe Fiasco's Food & Liquor and The Cool, actually Sir Lucous Leftfoot the Son of Chico Dusty was the shyt and I almost never here about it, and The Renaissance from Q-Tip are some of my favourites, all released since 2001 and all excellent.
And Elzhi's the Elmatic because that is my shyt :salute:

nothing stood out about this album except for the singles.

nothing great about it.

I cant agree with tbis cause ITS not even a great album IMO.

shyt was for the masses and for all the high school white boys out there...

coudnt relate to most of the album.


this.

i always say that this was really a suburban rap classic. the west coast are the only hoods that vouch for this as a great album.

I have always enjoyed Tha Streetz Iz A mutha more though...both came out around the same time
