About the other stuff? Reality is too harsh for some people to deal with. Crawling into conspiracy theory echo chambers is a rest haven from the real world. Happens here, happens online, happens in real life. Best to avoid people like that as much as possible.

i hate trying to argue with folks who think the earth is flat with a dome top and space is a massive projector. it's like they're trolling you, but they really aren't. it's one of the most mentally exhausting things to do.

The Covid pandemic from 2020 taught me that there’s a lot of stupid people in this world who think everything is a conspiracy. It’s better to ignore them and let them live in a fantasy world. The craziest part is that a lot of these “conspiracies” are started by right wing racist white people. It sucks to see black peoples fall down that rabbit hole and become puppets for white supremacy whether they know it or not.
