Yeah y'all pretty much nailed everything else but that scene really blew mine. Like how did Jake randomly end up on that block? How did Nuck know that was Trig's car? Why he still wanna kill Trig? I figured Douda would've smoothed that relationship over once he made Trig his "eyes and ears" on the street last season. Where did Bakari come from? How did he simply walk around the corner afterwards? Why Jake ain't drop him off somewhere at least? Why didn't the goons light the whole whip up? So many questions.

My hot take for next season...Now that we know Q was Rob's uncle, I'm assuming he gonna feel some type of way about his death, despite not really fukking with his family. I envision Douda have Nuck wack Rob and positioning Tiff to become the main distro. This way he can really extort her and Emmett and get rid of a family member out for revenge. I was 1000% confident in this prediction until I realized when Tiff asked to meet the plug, Rob set-up a meeting with Nuck. Being as Q was Rob's direct plug, I'd imagine Rob was able to secure drugs without Nuck's help, which makes me question the point of that meeting. But fukk it...its the Chi and I'm riding with it

Once again Jake gets pressed and instead of drawing a line in the sand he's just like Bakari been to his crib 3-5 times already and he's only snuffed him once. Might as well slide through his house like Urkel.

Douda's storyline sucks. There's no payoff to his shyt anymore. He was the fukking mayor and we got a clusterfukk ending to that. He coulda shoved Q off the Willis Tower and it's not gonna jar anyone's world.

and in a weird way, I think Lena's trying to bridge back the whole 4 characters intertwined together type shyt. That was the original premise. I just don't think she has settled on who to replace Brandon and Ronnie with. Is it Douda? Trig?

Of course we do. It's been drilled in our heads for 35+ years. Irresponsible fathers have rightfully been called out for the longest. When our we going to hold sisters willingly having babies with deadbeats accountable? I get that some dudes will use this as an excuse to bash women but at what point are we going to stop making excuses for some of of our women being reckless when it comes to having babies.
