What goat player faced THIS warriors team? A dude lead the way to 7 straight finals, people nah he's not an all time great. :heh:

But party on though. I just wanna know going forward...since we've now entered a Big-4 era on teams, if the Cavs add some all star calibur player in the off season else will there be bytching about it?

But if i recall when Cavs beat this same team in the regular season ppl had no problem saying Cavs would win and were better and ppl were even writing KD off as not needed on this team. But now we get to the finals its "oh this team is too good, etc etc." Lebron to me will be an all time great but he ain't seeing top 5 for me.Not after this performance.Top 10 ok and if the Cavs add an all star player hey i wont be mad it'll make next years series better. But do the Cavs even have cap room to get an all star?:heh:

This all-star ass team would probably sweep MJ's Bulls. This means nothing for Lebron's legacy.
It honestly doesn't, Lebron is still solidified in history and has his rings. He could straight up chill for the rest of his career (Not that he would ever do that) and he will still end up on my top 10 all time and a whole bunch of others as well.

I don't think there was any point were Miami became "unbeatable" the way many speculated they would and the way the Warriors appear to have become.
The funny thing is they weren't overpowered. The 2010-11 team had Joel Anthony, Erick Dampier, and big z starting at center and Carlos Arroyo and Mike bibby starting at the point. Their sixth man was James Jones. The 2011-12 crew wasn't much better with Wade missing a little over 25% of the season and Battier and Haslem shooting so poorly and then Wade and Bosh being hurt in the playoffs. Then the 2013-14 unit had the oldest bench in the league and Wade on a maintenance program that didn't even keep him fresh for the playoffs. That 2012-13 team though :wow: :ahh:
the whole point is...

if bron can up the "stakes", why can't other teams? why is he the only one allowed to make "unnecessary" trades/threaten parity to win championships?

can you guys further outline and clarify the stats and win numbers to which you think a team is "too good"? lol

are those teams at the talent level of the warriors or are you just acting stupid. The Cavs could have beat those teams playing hero ball cuz he's that good and those teams stink. Warriors just won 73 games a season ago. Why are you clowns also coming with false equivalencys:why:
If that's the case then why did half of this fukking board vote for the Cavs winning the series before this shyt started? Check the fukking polls before this shyt became obvious.

:russell: Ok I'm getting bored with you now. I have yet to see a single post of any substance.

I agree, maybe you should start making posts with substance

I didn't say anything was wrong with KD or the dubs making moves to strengthen their odds at all. By all means, if you're in position to do it, then do it. It just saying that the Heat weren't nearly as overpowered as their critics insisted they were.

TYRONE GA!
Debatable since we're talking hypothetical, but Jordan 95 and 96 isn't losing to anybody imo. Either Pip or MJ shut down Klay, and Steph would be greatly reduced in terms of efficiency. KD still wouldn't be stopped, but MJ wouldn't be on the other end either. MJ, unlike Bron, will pull up and give you buckets anywhere mid range, as well as finish just as strong inside.

What isn't debatable is that he'd never get swept. This game tonight is a game MJ closes out 99% of the time. I'm leaving a percent out for acts of God :manny:

yall forget that MJ didn't shoot great in that 96 Finals (41.5%)
Pip was even more attrocious at 34.3%

73-9
16-0

We could start there...

I'm not arguing the Warriors shouldn't have went after Durant or that he shouldn't have gone there, just find it interesting they/he aren't getting the same level of criticism. As tight as the Warriors were and with how confident they were I always thought it was weird they were recruiting him during the season. With that said this is all fairly reactionary. They look unbeatable now, but who knows what happens in the off season, definitely premature to say this is "bad" for entertainment purposes.

I have to get into gambling. I want to do NFL games but NBA games are probably more profitable from the number of games. How much money do you win/lose? PM me.

I bet between 1 to 5 percent of my bankroll each game according the edge I have with my model.

NFL is probably the hardest sport to bet given the number of games however I find that since because it's the biggest sport out there and it's a sport in which the public has it's say I can gain a decent edge. It's also a sport where they allow more money to be bet on a random regular season game so lines move heavy because of this.

For example week 1, no Tom Brady against Arizona last year......People pounded Arizona to like -9......My model and my thoughts on the Cardinals, Carson Palmer and New England with a back up QB let me get a huge edge just based on the market. Of course New England goes out there and wins outright and I made off great.

He shot just 42% and 41% in the next two finals as well with his back totally locking up in 1998. He only scored 3 more points than tony Kukoc total. I just don't see a scheme they could run that'd be effective against a team like these warriors.
