The Jericho show was good.
She ain't lying about how much she loves Eddie Guerrero. That story she told about finding out the day of the Raw in Minnesota is
I didn't find out until late night that he died so that must of have brutal for her.

Current NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks appeared on Wednesday’s episode of Talk Is Jericho. She spoke about NXT, making her main roster debut, the Divas Revolution and much more. It’s a very good interview.
Down below are some of the excerpts from that interview:
On the Divas Revolution and be called to the main roster:
“It’s been fast, so fast that I haven’t really thought about. One minute I’m making my debut, then we have matches on RAW then a pay-per-view match.”
On WWE changing the way Divas are trained:
“When I first got here (WWE) we were told not to work like the men. To not throw punches, kicks, elbows, forearms, strikes. To work the Divas way. We were so confused as to what that meant. Like pulling hair and stuff? When Sara Del Rey was brought in, she trained us differently, it was not like the Divas. We were trained like the men.“

16 Things We Learned From Sasha Banks On Talk Is Jericho
-Jericho names the other members of the NXT Fourhorsewomen – Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Bayley – and asks if she knew them prior to coming in. She responds that she didn’t but that they were all facing similar frustrations being trained in the traditional WWE diva style. It wasn’t until the arrival of Sara Del Rey that things began to change. Del Ray herself – the first full-time trainer in WWE – is a highly respected worker and began training the women in more of the same style as the males and allowed them to really blossom as wrestlers.
In addition to Del Rey, Sasha also praises Joey Mercury and especially Norman Smiley. She calls him the backbone of developmental, amazing and says she wouldn’t be the wrestler she is today without him.
Chris talks about how Smiley helped put him on the map when he worked with him in Mexico and understands what she says when she mentions how patient he is. Banks says he’s been invaluable in teaching her psychology.
-Jericho name drops some female Japanese wrestlers and Sasha says she’s well aware of them, at one point even wanting to go to Japan to work because that was the kind of wrestling she wanted to do.
Chris inquiries where she discovered that style and she says she went to an online high school and spent hours upon hours watching wrestling on YouTube when she was supposed to be doing school work.
Banks thought it was insane how physical they were and knew that’s what she wanted to do. She says going to Japan was one of her dreams but WWE got her first.
-After Sasha points out that she’s only 23-years old, Jericho mentions how impressive it is that she’s already settled into a character that she does well and is comfortable with and asks her how The Boss came about.
Banks talks about how she was spinning her wheels for a while in NXT and not connecting with the audience and gives credit to Tyler Breeze – who had suffered a similar problem at one point – for giving her the advice of coming up with a list of characters and background stories and figuring out what fits her the best.
The first one she chose was The Boss, partially based on the fact that Snoop Dogg is her cousin and took that character and let it evolve into what we see now.
-Y2J is blown away by the fact that Sasha and Snoop are actually related, and she reveals that her father is his uncle. Jericho asks how close they were and she said she used to beg him to take her to wrestling shows, adding that she went to two WrestleManias with him, including one when she was 16 and deluded herself into thinking she would get signed by meeting Vince.
Sasha says they’ve never really talked about show business, only wrestling. Chris asks if it helped her in school and she admits that it did and she’d use it to earn cool points with her peers.
-Banks says she started training with Chaotic Wrestling in Boston. Her mom had moved there for work and a week before her 18th birthday Chaotic was holding a fantasy camp for aspiring wrestlers.
When she arrived she said it was just her and these “fat Jeff Hardy wannabes” and that the person who won the camp received free training for three months, She said she worked her *ss off and won the camp. She trained under Brian Fury, Handsome Johnny and Brian Milonas and calls all three “incredible”.
-Chris asks where she came up with her name and she said they asked her for a list, and originally she had Sasha with a different last name and Banks with a different first, and they just put it together and stuck her with it.
Some others she had were Mya and Jade, but she says that she loves the name Sasha Banks and thinks it sounds like a star’s name, and Jericho agrees saying that there are so many different plays on the name Banks that you can use in terms of moves and whatnot.
-Sasha tells a story about she and Paige getting 15 minutes to work a crossover match – the segment that takes place at the top of the hour – and how after the bout Vince stood up and shook both of their hands, with Paige remarking that Vince never stands up.
Jericho asks about the first time she met Vince and she says it was nerve-wracking despite the fact that she continually told herself not to be afraid. She said it was the night she debuted on Raw and her first interaction with him was when she accidentally hit him while using hand motions to explain something to Naomi and Tamina. The boss – Vince, not Sasha – turned around and asked if she was excited for her big night.
-The final question is a two-parter, with the first part being what her favorite matches that she’s ever watched were. She names the Eddie Guerrero/Rey Mysterio classic from WCW Halloween Havoc 1996 as an obvious choice, and then adds that she really loves their match from WrestleMania XXI as well. Jericho mentions Eddie vs. Brock Lesnar, which Sasha adds is from No Way Out, and Chris is very impressed by her knowledge.
As far as for her own favorite match, she cites the fatal four-way between she, Bayley, Charlotte and Becky Lynch. She says they pressure was intense because they didn’t want to disappoint, as well as adding how difficult four-way matches are to put together, but that she really felt like they delivered. In addition she loved her most recent NXT title match with Becky as well.
Sara Del Ray takes from Brian Danielson..so that's why they come off more efficiently. That's how Sara was so good against any and all talents for years.
