They're in a pretty bad place actually.

Outside of Bradley and Rondo, they have no other young players worth mentioning.

The Celtics would have cap room and two picks. I'm sure there's free agents who wouldn't mind playing with Rondo after what he did in the playoffs.

I think the Celtics are in a solid position for the future. They are screwed in regards to trying to sign a free agent though since Boston still has that stigma to it. If he was worried about winning though that would be a good location for Dwight if they could bring Garnett back for cheap. He has a point guard whose top priority would be setting him up. A solid defensive foundation. No big egos that are worried about being the star on the team. And once Pierce and KG go he still has a solid start with Rondo. I know it would never happen though.

Don't they still have Jeff Green too? Anyway, I still think they'll see a big dropoff. I remember reading awhile back that Doc might leave for a front office job in Orlando too.

Guess you missed the part where we have two 1st rounders.. And one of the best if not the best PGs in the league and a top tier coach...

like i give a fukk about 2 first rounders

what 1st rounder drafted by Boston has ever done anything for Boston since PP34? :pachaha:

If I'm a player that wants to get an opportunity to score, increase my value, and contend for a championship....I'd run to Rondo and Rivers.

:beli:Seems as though nikkas wanna devalue Pierce and Ray Allen being once in a lifetime players in the sense of coming to gether to get this title

Boston will be ok, not great or a contender. 6-10 seed unless they get lucky via draft cause no one willingly is coming to that city. If you want to win you go where the young talent is

Indy is more on the radar than Boston

:rudy: Phoenix drafted Rondo

Seattle Drafted Big Baby

:pachaha: you dudes forget Danny Ainge was getting fired before this ray allen shyt.

He was considered top 10 worst GM in SPORTS, thus my emphasis on trading.
