he should be the go to black father like Loretta is the go to black mother.
I liked it and watched it when it first came out,but there was some inconsistency from them far as it airing. Plus theres just no such thing as must see tv to me anymore,in the sense you can always catch it later...i thought it was much better than ATL so I'm not sure why it wasnt more of a hit,or maybe with 3 seasons it was

Me personally, I think it's because ATL has more of a fun factor to it. Carmichael Show has some laughs, but it can come off as preachy. Maybe negroes don't like that, even though they probably should be listening.I liked it and watched it when it first came out,but there was some inconsistency from them far as it airing. . A lot of these episodes I could swear that I was watching my own family interact 
When I first tried the show out I thought it was trash
- problem was I saw an episode that was heavily centered on Maxine and Jerrod 
. Revisited it weeks later and saw the family fukkery 
Jerrod needs to take a few acting classes ASAP, i'm tired of these comedians that want shows but can't act for shyt. I can appreciate the writing but they ruin the impact
. Definitely keeping an eye out for all of the cast members next projects though

It was a sketch show a little in the vein of Chappelle. It came out in 2008 or 09 and it'll only lasted one season but the shyt was hilarious
