That used to come on UPN when it first started. I know the dad from That's So Raven had one too

Every new network (FOX, UPN, WB, etc) goes through a "black" phase when its first getting started.

Yeah it was owned by Paramount I wish we could get a new startup network like the 80s and 90s to support black shows again.
