i enjoy Mac in the mornings bc he's pretty level headed and the couple times I've met him, is a super nice guy

he still is just a fluff host. no real substance and doesn't like being controversial or challenging his callers. let's the inmates run the asylum so to speak. still enjoy it on the way to work

kroeger on the other hand is a bad ass. he is killing it on primetime. he will tell people they're idiots and doesn't take shyt from anyone and really knows his stuff. that dude is super talented and he runs a damn fine radio program. plus QCB and hitman are hilarious

I've heard good things about Kroeger; normally I'd listen during the afternoon, but I couldn't stand Mark Packer (I still partially blame him for helping the Hornets leave the first time) and then really couldn't stand that asshat Marc James. Apparently him and Kroeger had a Twitter beef the other day ... The callers don't help either listening to how irrational they are, but that's the magic of sports radio

Marc James is a clown. Kroeger got into it with him and it was great. Even Tom Sorensen hopped in and said he runs laps around James

i like kroeger bc he is a local guy who grew up here. i am not a panthers fan but i love that he is passionate and knowledgable about them and the hornets and all the local teams

it's worth a listen. if a caller blows, they'll call him on it. and qcb's segments are hysterical.
